David works closely with Citadel clients and local businesses to create financial strategies that are unique to their personal needs. David joined Citadel in 2006 and he has been active in the financial services industry since 1997. His wide range of experience includes investment planning, insurance protection, estate planning, and retirement planning, specializing in retirement rollovers*. He is a graduate of West Chester University, achieving a Bachelor of Science Degree with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
